05 February 2024. Systems Application & Technologies Inc. (SA-TECH) has been re-awarded the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) Point Mugu, Pacific Target and Marine Operations Division, Maintenance, Operation, and Depot Support for Aerial and Seaborne Assets contract, a cost-plus-fixed-fee, cost contract with a potential total contract value of up to $170M. As part of the Threat/Target Systems Department, this contract provides operational and intermediate level maintenance for aerial assets, to include subsonic and supersonic aerial targets and seaborne assets, to include a combination of target and training support vessels, as well as vessels used for manned and unmanned training and test events for the Navy. Aerial assets include subsonic and supersonic aerial targets. Seaborne assets include a combination of target and training support vessels. Cardinal Point Captains, Inc. (CPC) will be a subcontractor on the effort. This contract includes a five-year ordering period. Work will be performed in Port Hueneme, Point Mugu, Lompoc, and Ridgecrest, California; Las Cruces, New Mexico; Salt Lake City, Utah; and is expected to be completed in April 2029. SA-TECH has been supporting NAWCWDs PTMO efforts since 2008.
